After a lengthy investigation, police in Cumberland County arrested two suspects in the July 2020 murder of Harrisburg resident Paul Laney in Carlisle.
Carlisle police arrested Warren G. Bennett II and Rochita Mobley, though most documents surrounding the case are sealed amid signs the investigation is continuing.
Bennett, 39, with a current address in Jacksonville, Fla., is being held in Dauphin County Prison without bail on a first-degree murder charge.
It was not clear when he was detained in Florida, though he was committed to Dauphin County Prison on Monday.
Mobley, 43, of the 1800 block of Spring Road, Carlisle, has been held in Cumberland County Prison since Oct. 30, as an accomplice to the murder.
