A plan presented to Stratford council Monday by planner Mark Brancroft shows investStratford, on behalf of the city, is looking to rezone a nearly 24-hectare (59-acre) parcel of land between Lorne Avenue West and Wright Boulevard for a new city business park.
This proposed new business park would consist of two blocks and could potentially include a range of uses, including agricultural equipment sales or rentals, a cannabis production facility, a crematorium, or a food processing plant. Other uses could include a scientific or medical laboratory, a data centre or a warehouse, the report suggested.
