EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department are asking for your help in finding a hit-and-run driver that backed into a parked car and then left the scene in West El Paso.

About about 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 13, a driver of a Chevrolet pickup, towing a horse trailer, struck a parked vehicle at 4006 Doniphan and left the scene, according to Crime Stoppers.

Video of the incident was captured from a nearby business.

The video shows the driver of the pickup truck struggling to back out of the business and then hit the parked vehicle, setting off the car alarm of the other vehicle.

The driver is described as an Hispanic man in blue shirt and cowboy hat.
