KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A young man remains in intensive care with a fractured skull after a night out in Westport Halloween weekend. Now police and his family are trying to figure out what happened.
Erik Kelly, 22, was excited for Halloween celebrations in Westport according to family.
"We had talked Wednesday about a costume he had decided to go dress up as a monk. I told him he needed to get a costume. He was looking forward to a pub crawl because he hadn't been out in a long time," his mother Rachael Kelly said.
