NIAGRARA, Ky. (WEHT) -- The road to recovery is long for the victims of the home explosion in Niagara. Marilyn Kurtz, a parent to one of the victims, has shared updates about her daughter's condition since being released from the hospital Sunday.

"Everybody's been really supportive through this," says Kurtz.

It's been 10 days since the Niagara home explosion left Harold Dover, his daughter Nicole and girlfriend Kimberly critically injured. Kimberly’s mother Marilyn Kurtz says she thought her daughter had died that day.

"I had heard Harold and Nicole were good, and they were flooded to the hospital and I hadn't heard anything from my daughter,” says Kurt. “My reaction was that, ‘I'd lost another daughter.’"
