OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A transformation that’s been more than a decade in the making just cleared a major hurdle in Little Bohemia, but longtime business owners warn the massive expansion could create a parking nightmare.
The Omaha City Council voted 7-0 Tuesday to approve TIF financing for developer Tom McLeay’s ambitious Little Bo Village project, which would bring 160 apartments, restaurants, shops, and even a country club with pickleball courts to the historic neighborhood.
