The Historic Trust will honor local veterans with the 37th annual Lough Legacy Veterans Day Parade on Nov. 11.

The parade is part of a long-standing tradition for The Historic Trust, in partnership with the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. The parade kicks off at 11 a.m., starting at the east end of Officers Row at East Reserve Street and Evergreen Boulevard, winding through the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site and concludes on Fifth Street near Pearson Air Museum.

The organization is expecting more than 1,000 marchers and riders from across the region. The event will feature about 75 entries, including veterans’ organizations, military vehicles, marching bands, Reserve Officers’ Training Corps units, equestrian groups and youth organizations.
