FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Of the more than 1,000 current Citilink stops around Fort Wayne, only about 70 have a proper shelter to protect riders from the elements.
21Alive viewer Susan Ward says she’s witnessed the elderly & disabled struggle to manage their groceries for years at the Bluffton road stop outside the Waynedale Kroger. That stop amounts to no more than a sign bolted to a pole.
Ward asked 21Investigates to find out what can be done.
