With most seats uncontested in election, Democrats poised to maintain control of City Council

Five of Frederick's seven City Council seats up for election Tuesday were uncontested, and all uncontested candidates were Democrats.

Democrats, who currently make up the entirety of the City Council, would retain majority control.
