LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Big Four Bridge has been lit up with yellow lights in honor of the UPS plane crash in Louisville on Tuesday.
Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg announced that the Big Four Bridge has been lit up with yellow lights in honor of UPS Flight 2976, which crashed while attempting to depart from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
“This tragedy has touched every corner of our city,” said the mayor in a social media post. “As Louisville’s skyline glows in yellow, we’re thinking of the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the entire community that calls Louisville home.
