It’s still early in the season but the Toronto Raptors have demonstrated clear evidence of enough offensive firepower to give themselves a chance to win basketball games.
They came out firing on all cylinders Tuesday at Scotiabank Arena and started the game against Milwaukee Bucks shooting a sizzling 9-15 from three in the first quarter to build a 10-point lead they wouldn’t relinquish.
Toronto enjoyed a 25-point cushion midway through the third quarter and had no trouble closing out the game with a 128-100 victory that brought their season record to .500.
The win might not be significant in the grand scheme of things, but it was an important way to respond after losing their first matchup against the Bucks less than two weeks ago in demoralizing fashion, in which Giannis Antetokou
