LUBBOCK, Texas -- After leading Liberty to a share of a district championship last Thursday, Colton Bichard is the KLBK Athlete of the Week!

Bichard tallied four touchdowns in the 49-22 victory over Estacado, including a pair of rushing scores. The senior's dual threat capability has caused problems for opposing defenses all season long, with the Patriots averaging 52.5 points per game in 2025.

"We've been doing that stuff all year long," said Liberty head coach Joe Sexton. "In the second half, we challenged them and said, 'Hey, we're going to come out and run the ball,' and we did."

Bichard, a senior, will look to help Liberty clinch an outright district title with a win over Levelland on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at Patriots Stadium.
