The Los Angeles Chargers waited until the final moments before the NFL trade deadline passed before announcing two moves. The bigger of those two deals allowed the team to acquire yet another offensive tackle.

It has been an adventure for the Chargers along the offensive line this season, and not a good one. Rashawn Slater, fresh off signing a new contract extension, was lost for the season on this play in training camp .
