72-year-old woman dies following incident with Brentwood police

WEDNESDAY: Rain returns 4 to 8AM North Bay to East Bay and then South Bay.  This will bring heavy rain at times, wind gusts 20 to 60 mph and the chance of thunderstorms.  Totals will range from around .25″ to .50″ South Bay to 1.00″ North Bay._ This may bring isolated street flooding where totals are the highest like North Bay – since a lot of rain is expected in a short amount of time_.  Temps will cool into the 50s and 60s as well.  The heaviest widespread rain will exit by the late morning with scattered rain and thunderstorm chances Wednesday afternoon and evening.
