Srinagar: Gulmarg in Jammu and Kashmir has turned into a beautiful white wonderland after a fresh spell of snowfall covered the popular hill station and nearby areas. The snowfall, which began earlier this week, has brought cheer to locals and tourists alike, marking the early arrival of winter in the valley.

According to weather officials, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and other high-altitude regions such as Kupwara and Sadhna Pass received moderate to heavy snowfall, while rain lashed the plains. The change in weather is part of a western disturbance moving across the region.
