MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Wisconsin Department of Justice issued a Silver Alert for a 66-year-old Madison man who was last seen Tuesday night.
According to authorities, David Wells left the area of Flower Lane and Gammon Road and was walking to a nearby gas station to get cigarettes around 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Wells has seizures and is deaf, and after seizures will be disoriented and forget where he is or where he is going, per the DOJ. He typically sticks to sidewalks and well-lit areas.
Wells is described as a white man who is 6 feet tall, weighs 200 pounds, has hazel eyes with gray shoulder length hair with mustache and goatee.
He has tattoo sleeves on both arms and was last seen wearing a black and white checkered beret, with a black and white checkered sweatshirt. The DOJ says he was
