YOUNGSTOWN Detectives are working to learn more about a stabbing on Youngstown’s East Side.

Officers were called out to Cassius Avenue, off McGuffey Road, early Wednesday.

Police say they found a male stabbing victim, who was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital.

The victim being treated is in stable condition.

Investigators are trying to find out who’s responsible for the incident.

The police records department is expected to release a report later Wednesday.
