After a standout career at Duluth Denfeld, running back Taye Manns has taken his game to another level in Division III.
Manns, a true freshman, has scored at least one touchdown in every game he’s played this season for Bethel in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The Royals are currently unbeaten and have their sights set on the NCAA Division III playoffs.
Manns has 641 yards in eight games for the Royals and has scored 11 times, with his top performance coming on Sept. 27 at Hamline, where he lugged the rock 13 times for 163 yards and three scores. His 11 touchdowns lead the conference, and though he has been limited in recent weeks (though he’s still scored four times in the last three games), his yardage total is second in the league.
