'A massive shift back': Latino voters overwhelmingly broke for Sherrill on Tuesday

A majority of men under the age of 30 in New Jersey, Virginia and New York City voted for the Democratic candidate in Tuesday's elections. Also, in New Jersey, 68 percent of Latino voters broke for Mikie Sherrill. And in Virginia, 67 percent of Latino voters went for Abigail Spanberger. The Morning Joe panel discusses.
