A mom in Michigan who allegedly set her house on fire with her children inside , leading to the death of her 12-year-old daughter, has been found competent to stand trial for the "shockingly cruel" arson attack after being deemed incompetent twice.
Roconda Singleton, 46, of Grand Rapids, was found competent Tuesday after being deemed incompetent in May and again in August, according to MLive.com . The judge overseeing her case acknowledged that Singleton has a history of mental health problems and is willingly receiving treatment while behind bars awaiting trial for the January incident, local ABC affiliate WZZM reports.
