State Sen. Hanig asks Governor Stein to declare State of Emergency for NC12 from Hatteras to Ocracoke

In light of the collapse of 15 oceanfront houses on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore in the past month, State Senator Bobby Hanig has formally requested that Governor Josh Stein declare a State of Emergency.
