Rangers boss Danny Rohl admits he’s still baffled by the decision not to send Celtic defender Auston Trusty off in the Old Firm derby.
The Ibrox club immediately sought talks with the SFA and refs chief Willie Collum after Sunday’s Premier Sports Cup semi-final at Hampden.
Rangers lost 3-1 after extra-time having earlier been reduced to 10 men following Thelo Aasgaard’s red card.
They were furious when whistler Nick Walsh refused to dish out the same punishment to Trusty after he kicked Jack Butland in the head.
The Ibrox hierarchy released a statement claiming they weren’t satisfied with Collum’s explanation of why Walsh only gave the American a yellow card.
