Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur has one of the sharpest offensive minds in the NFL.

He's great at scheming plays and getting guys open, and the team's offensive concepts are usually sound. However, that doesn't mean he should continue to call plays for this team.

He's been way too conservative and eager to establish the run, even though his team has struggled to run-block all year long. More than that, he's holding QB Jordan Love back in the midst of a potential MVP-caliber season.
