Although Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 10 on October 14th, you can still keep using Windows 10 on your PC with extended support . At least, that’s how it goes on paper. The problem is that Windows 10 apparently doesn’t seem to know that extended support is active and is shocking some users with a false warning.

According to both Windows Latest and Windows Central , some Windows 10 PCs are showing a message that says the PC in question is out of support and won’t receive security updates anymore. “Your version of Windows has reached the end of support” says the confusing alert that’s appearing on Windows 10 PCs.
