Social media appears to be reshaping our dining preferences, as one in three Britons preferring to visit a venue that has achieved viral fame rather than a Michelin-starred establishment.
A recent poll of 2,00 adults has shown that nearly four in 10 have dined at a restaurant simply because it had exploded across social media platforms, with one in 20 confessing to travelling more than 100 miles just to sample the offerings, whilst the average longest journey clocked in at 43 miles.
