Incumbent candidates prevailed in both of Boise ’s contested city council races, which means Colin Nash and Jimmy Hallyburton will be returning to their respective seats for Boise’s District 2 and District 6.

Incumbent Jordan Morales ran an uncontested race for south Boise’s District 4 seat.

COUNCIL DISTRICT 2

Boise’s District 2 encompasses the Boise’s West Bench, an area of the city that has seen continued investment and development in recent years ranging from the new West Bench Farmers Market , that draws upon the area’s refugee presence, to the recently dedicated Settlers Canal Path , that provides a new open space adjacent to Capital High School.
