EPACK Durable Ltd reported a consolidated net loss of ₹22 crore for the quarter ended September 30, compared with a loss of ₹9 crore in the same period last year.
The company’s revenue from operations fell 43.5% year-on-year to ₹213.2 crore, from ₹377.1 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25, according to its filing with the stock exchanges.
Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹246.5 crore, while finance costs were at ₹20.2 crore and depreciation and amortisation expenses amounted to ₹13.5 crore.
For the half year ended September 30, 2025, EPACK reported a net profit of ₹6.5 crore, compared with a profit of ₹14.9 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue during the half year stood at ₹875.6 crore, down from ₹1,150.8 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
