Zohran Mamdani, who clinched a decisive victory in the New York City mayoral election, defeating former governor Andrew Cuomo, who ran as an independent, and Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa, in his victory speech on Tuesday night, directly addressed President Donald Trump, taking aim at federal immigration enforcement actions.
