The Preble High School student charged with bringing a loaded gun and ammunition into school in early September pleaded no contest to weapons possession charges, Fox 11 reported Nov. 4.
The Green Bay Press-Gazette requested documentation of the plea from the Brown County Clerk of Circuit Court's juvenile division. The clerk denied the request because the student is a juvenile.
The student, whose name can’t be shared because he’s a juvenile, pleaded no contest to charges as part of a plea deal. The charges included felony possession of a firearm on school grounds, possession of a dangerous weapon by someone under 18, carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct, Fox 11 reported.
