A Green Bay man was charged with attempted homicide in connection to a stabbing inside a State Street bar on Halloween.

What happened?

According to a criminal complaint:

At 8:46 p.m. Oct. 31, Green Bay police were dispatched to the Hammer Inn, 1208 State St., for a weapons call. Call notes stated someone was stabbed inside the bar and had left the bar, but that the suspect was also seen walking out of the bar toward the victim.
