“1000-lb Sisters” star Tammy Slaton continues to wow fans with her weight loss transformation.

Tammy’s slim frame could be seen in photos taken at her sister Amy Slaton’s wedding to Brian Lovvorn. In the pictures, exclusively obtained by People , Tammy stood by her sister’s side dressed in dark jeans and a black-and-grey striped turtleneck sweater. Her dramatic weight loss — Tammy has lost over 500 pounds in the past several years — and the results of her recent skin removal surgery were on full display in the photos.

Amy, for her part, lost nearly 200 pounds after undergoing bariatric surgery in 2019. She looked dazzling in a sleeveless lace wedding gown during her Halloween nuptials, which took place at Talbott Tavern in Bardstown, Kentucky.
