NEWARK, N.J. -- The New York City police and FBI-Newark have arrested two 19-year-olds from New Jersey in connection with a supposed Halloween terror plot in Michigan, law enforcement sources told ABC News.

Milo Sedarat of Montclair, New Jersey was allegedly in communication with those arrested in Michigan on Friday and others overseas. A second 19-year-old, Tomas Kaan Guzel, was also arrested.

There are few details released yet on Guzel's arrest.

According to the sources, an NYPD undercover investigator had been monitoring a suspect who was in communication with those arrested in Michigan and others overseas. The group allegedly talked about an attack on the LGBTQ+ community in Detroit and about traveling to Syria to train with ISIS.
