Federal agents detained an immigrant woman with a pending asylum case and a work permit inside a Chicago children’s daycare on Wednesday morning, local officials said.

The moment, showing agents dragging the woman out of the daycare and handcuffing her, was caught on video by local reporter Tahman Bradley and shared on social media, with the woman heard telling U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) agents that she has papers.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) alleges that she is in the U.S. illegally and had fled from agents during an attempted traffic stop.
