For the 13th year, the Democrat and Chronicle is honoring outstanding workplace culture in the region. Any organization with 35 or more employees in the region is eligible to compete for a Top Workplaces award.

Energage, the D&C’s Pennsylvania-based research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.
