Bedrock’s Hudson’s Detroit has scored another office tenant.

JPMorgan Chase announced Wednesday its plan for a “state-of-the-art” downtown office and conference center in the 12-story building at 1240 Woodward Ave.

“Detroit has become a model for how JPMorgan Chase invests in communities around the world,” JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon said in a statement. “We are proud to have played a role in the city’s revitalization, and we look forward to continuing our commitment with our new downtown office.”
