Investigation ongoing in Horace, one woman pronounced dead and a man in custody

HORACE, N.D. (KVRR) — Shortly before eight am on Wednesday morning, Cass County Sheriff Deputies responded to 7994 Jacks Way, an apartment complex located in Horace, for an unknown disturbance. As they were making their way to the scene, they learned that a woman had sustained some injuries. “Our deputies responded along with Southern Valley and Sanford Ambulance.
