ROGERS, Ohio (WKBN) -- A third party has entered the lawsuit that was filed by the Ohio Attorney General's Office against a charity in Rogers.
L&L Real Holdings, LLC, out of Akron, has filed a motion to have the property and assets of Lamb's House turned over to them.
L&L states in its filing that it entered into a purchase agreement in July 2025 with the board of trustees of Lamb's House for the property that sits at 9955 Union Ridge Road for $700,000. The filing said that L&L paid the back taxes on the property of $50,740 to Columbiana County, but the property was never transferred.
L&L claims that Lamb's House representatives refused to close on the property. L&L is claiming a breach of contract, among other allegations, in its filing.
