It’s a result of two things, according to CEO James Michel:

Higher base premiums

The expiration of enhanced premiums since COVID (this is why the government is shut down).

“There’s still subsidies available to help you pay for your premium,” Michel said. “You may not get the same high level of health insurance you had this year, but you still need health insurance.”
