TYLER, Texas — Arrest documents allege an East Texas man, who already served a probation sentence for same charge, is accused of installing a tracking device into his ex-girlfriend's car.

Colton Coby Warner, 30, was arrested Oct. 27 for unlawful installation of a tracking device and released the same day.

According to an arrest affidavit, a woman came to the Tyler Police Department saying she believed Warner put a tracking device in her car because he kept showing up at places she was at. This would happened at places where she normally didn't go as well.

The woman said she previously dated Warner, but their relationship ended awhile ago. She told police she was aware that Warner had been arrested for placing a tracking device in another ex-girlfriend's vehicle.
