BOISE, Idaho — Zoo Boise is bringing back a fan favorite winter tradition through February 2026. Visitors can get into the park for $3 per person every Thursday starting in November.

The Friday after Thanksgiving, the zoo will also host a discounted admission day. Additionally, $3 admission days continue to celebrate the holiday season starting Saturday, Dec. 20 through Wednesday, Dec. 31.

Zoo Boise is not open on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

For SNAP cardholders, the zoo will offer free admission for up to four people during these discounted admission days. Guests must bring a valid form of identification and their EBT card.

Discounted food items will also be available at the same price as admission – that deal includes hot dogs, popcorn bags and medium fount
