BATAVIA — The way things stood Wednesday afternoon, two new at-large members will join the City Council in January and one incumbent will continue his work there.
The unofficial results have Samuel DiSalvo, who’s run for a seat multiple times, with 1,100 votes in the general election. Another new face, Nicholas Lord, picked up 955 votes and current Council President Eugene Jankowski has 894, leading the fourth candidate, incumbent Richard Richmond II, with 890 votes.
