During his fifth “tele-Town Hall” meeting, Montana Congressman Troy Downing, who represents the central and eastern portion of the state, spoke about the federal government shutdown, healthcare, and said he’s stood up to the Trump administration in the face of a plan to quadruple imports of Argentinian beef.
At one point during the Wednesday electronic meeting, 14,000 people had tuned into the forum where Downing answered constituents’ questions for about 40 minutes, after introductory and closing remarks.
