TROY — The next court appearance for a former Ohio State and Penn State wide receiver charged with vehicular homicide will be in Bradford County court.
Julian Crushshon-Fleming waived his preliminary hearing on Wednesday when he appeared before District Judge Jonathan Wilcox in Troy. His formal arraignment in Bradford County court is scheduled for Nov. 24.
Crushshon-Fleming, who went by Fleming while playing football, is free on $75,000 bail.
His charges stem from a May 23 accident in which the ATV he was operating struck a deer that jumped in its path. His girlfriend, Alyssa Denise Boyd, 23, of Bloomsburg, was killed.
The accident occurred about 8:10 p.m. on Painter Lick Drive in Columbia Township in the western part of the county.
