Dallas mayor seeks clarity on ICE program after police chief rejects $25 million funding offer

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson says he's hoping Thursday's briefing by ICE and Dallas Police Chief Daniel Comeaux will answer questions he still has about the federal immigration agency's 287-g program.
