LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — There is a cross-river rivalry brewing between Little Rock and North Little Rock, with bars and businesses closing in the River Market, including the Rev Room.

Willy D's is set to relocate to the new entertainment area planned for Argenta in North Little Rock.

With the 30-Crossing Park and downtown master plan in Little Rock, and a new hotel and other construction projects in North Little Rock, there are many changes underway.
