GENEVA — The Geneva Fire Department responded to a house fire and explosion Tuesday night in the 100 block of East Tibbitts Street.

GFD Chief David Shook said firefighters received the call at 10:56 p.m., and the first firefighters arrived at the scene at 10:59 p.m.
