BENGALURU: In a bizarre incident that sparked outrage among citizens and netizens alike, three women and a man were caught on CCTV dumping garbage on a roadside in Mico Layout, south Bengaluru, and then dancing in front of it. The offenders, identified as Subash, Anjali, Vaishnavi and Pallash, are said to be between 25 and 28 years old. CCTV footage shows the group arriving at 3.51am on Oct 28 behind Mico Layout police station compound and throwing a garbage bag on the roadside — an area already notorious for illegal dumping. Moments later, one of the girls began dancing in front of the CCTV camera while her companions watched and laughed.
