A Cheltenham Indian restaurant has been named as one of the 100 best in the country.

The British Indian Good Food Guide has announced its 2025 national selection, recognising 100 outstanding Indian restaurants across England, Scotland and Wales that define excellence in British-Indian dining.

This year, Raval Indian Brasserie & Bar in Newcastle–Gateshead is named the Guide's highest honour - National Champion 2025 - placing the North East at the forefront of modern Indian gastronomy.

And Prithvi in Cheltenham 's Bath Road features as one of the South West regional winners, alongside Nutmeg in Bristol.

Prithvi is a firm favourite in the town and has won many accolades, most recently it got three AA rosettes
