RCB’s women team has made a big change in their team during the WPL retention 2026 announcement. The team has made Malolan Rangarajan the new head coach who will begin the work with the IPL 2026 season. Both as the assistant to the support staff of RCB over the last six years, Malolan takes over the role replacing Luke Williams who led the team to their maiden WPL title in 2024 then resigned because of his other coaching responsibilities.
