A UPS cargo plane crashed shortly after takeoff in Louisville, Ky., on Nov. 4.

The freight aircraft was leaving the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport in the early evening when it went down shortly after leaving the runway and burst into flames. UPS Flight 2976 was scheduled to fly to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, the Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.
